Episode 87: Joe Giarratano

Joe Giarratano was on death row, convicted of a murder and rape he had not committed. Three days before his execution in 1991, his sentence was commuted to life imprisonment. In 2017, with his innocence established, Joe was granted a pardon and released from prison. Randy met Joe while they were both serving life. Now Joe’s in the free world he may be able to help Randy’s case.
